Wilfredo Prieto - White library

INTERVIEWS

Radio Papesse met and interviewed cuban artist Wilfredo Prieto, who welcomed us at the Italo-Latin American Institute at the LII Venice Biennale. He's presenting his bookshop-installation Untitled (White library).

Prieto, who made his own way into the art world back in 2001 with his spectacular installation Apolitico - that renders the flags of all the members of the United Nations entirely in shades of gray - told us about censorship, knowledge economy and  about the so-called age of access.

The interview is in Spanish.
